Welcome to MK Homecare Concierge.

The company was founded and is currently operated by Melody N. Kroth, RN. Melody is a Nursing professional with a diverse background providing care for patients in the hospital and in their homes. After spending years as a Nurse Case Manager, and experiencing first hand the hardships individuals and families are forced to accept with traditional homecare service, she became committed to creating a truly unique homecare experience for clients and their families.

At MK Homecare Concierge our mission is to discover how you prefer to live, and together, craft a team of carefully selected caregivers specifically to fit you, your needs and your lifestyle. Our company maintains a limited number of clients, which allows for a true concierge approach to care.

Our Services

Our services are solely dependent on your desires and needs. If you need additional support to attend to your healthcare needs at home and to assist you in navigating the healthcare system – we will arrange for that to happen. If you need someone to assist you with homemaking – we will arrange for that as well. If you’re in need of a companion during appointments, errands or traveling – we will be there with you. Together we can determine specifically what will allow you to thrive and live life to the fullest.

Providing guidance and support in identifying and managing health conditions to improve overall functional health and client engagement.

Caregiving

A client’s care team is there to provide additional support when and wherever needed; at home, in a facility or in the hospital.

Homemaking

Homemaking services are available to allow you to keep things in order just as you always have.

Wellness

Client’s with MK Homecare are encouraged to maintain a focus on movement, nutrition and spirituality. We’re able to develop and continually modify personalized plans for our client’s overall wellbeing.
